Where to find new animal skins, gifts and books for Lost Ark players

To find Lost Ark player gifts, including new animal skins, books, and a bunch of other rewards, you need to go to the Goods Inventory. The first step is to enter the game and then open the store by pressing F4 or clicking on the small shopping cart icon at the bottom right of the screen. Next, click on the Product Inventory button, which will again be at the bottom right. From there, just claim all the items and you’re good to go. Here is a list of gifts you are expected to receive. Complete Lost Ark Product Inventory Solution

If you get to the point where your Lost Ark product inventory is full, the solution is to search for the rewards in your pet’s inventory or in-game mail, depending on this message on the forum. So if you’re not able to find the Gifts and Gamer Books you were supposed to get in the March 24 update (and all future ones), this is where you should look for them – either either in your pet inventory or in your inbox. If you’ve done this before and still can’t find the items, I’m afraid it’s time to contact support and see what they can do to help you. Hopefully it won’t come to that.
