Raven’s Hike: the 2D platform game arrives on consoles

As the month draws to a close, we have news that the 2D platformer Raven’s Hike will hit consoles any day now. Wired Games, which developed and published the game, today announced that Raven’s Hike will be available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S on April 28and – it’s really in a few days.

Wired Games, a small independent developer, has created titles such as red ronin and Upaon: the journey of a serpent, small strategic indie games easy to play but with a sharp charm – perfect games to relax after a long session of constant dying Ring Elden, you know, for that well deserved respite. Surely you like the sound anyway, but before going into the details of Raven’s Hiketake a look at the console trailer below.

What is Raven’s Hike?

Raven’s Hike is a 2D precision platformer and a challenge to that. This forces players to discover the best route through this game world to complete all levels, which consist of challenging puzzles, and where your only friend is a little grappling hook – hey, it worked for Batman. What might start out as an easy, relaxing walk through the park quickly changes as the difficulty curve gradually increases as you progress through the game, and you need to master the control to be as precise as possible. The levels in Raven’s Hike are loaded with obstacles, traps, and enemies that you must navigate around with your trusty grappling hook as your aid.

Take a look at some of the game’s features:

  • 60+ handmade levels
  • Unique game mechanics
  • A fair challenge for the platform experts out there
  • Fantastic pixel art and animations
  • And ended with a nice little soundtrack

Raven’s Hike will be available April 28 for PlayStation, Switch, and Xbox for $3.99, so grab that price while you can.
